Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. The redevelopment agreement laying out the terms of the $5-million loan to the Collingswood Foundation for the Arts, any ordinance or resolution authorizing such agreement, and the meeting minutes for the passage of the agreement by the Commissioners. This redevelopment agreement being requested is the agreement referenced in Section 3 of Ordinance No 1322.
