Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide
1) a copy of the most up-to-date version of the lease agreement for the restaurant/bar space formerly occupied by Brother Jimmy's BBQ
2) the relevant application to the State of New Jersey for a concessionaire's permit
3) any subsequent response received regarding said application.
