Dear Pam Borghi,

That link is not valid and the record is already in electronic format most likely a .wav file that can be sent to this address.
I'm not trying to be difficult but I've waited some time, and in light of the pandemic its understandable. I hope you and your loved ones are all healthy.
If this record is being denied please tell me what exemption in law applies. Its probably a simple mistake.

I'm sent to a 404 link. Unavailable
other agencies sent these same records to this address with no problem.

Yours sincerely,

R Lord

I am sorry that you were unable to open the link.  Your request was not
denied and a record was provided in response to your request.  I am
resending it as a Wave Sound file.  Please let me know if you are able to
access the record through this file.  Thank you.

Dear Pam Borghi,

The link you sent is a dead link. I've tried it. Sending someone a dead link is certainly not sending a record. The wav file sent will not play, I have the ability to play wav files sent by other nj police departments. So I'm a bit baffled why this record is not opening to access. I have a working wav file player. I've downloaded this several times My attorney specializes in opra he is very well versed in these things I will send him the link maybe he can help us out with this. He is the best. This is very frustrating considering how simple and common this request is. If you want to put it on a CD I will be glad to pay the usual fee. In other places the fee was under 6 dollars. I would pick it up at the clerk's office. Since it's a pandemic I would rather not. I will try again by forwarding this file to other computer people maybe it's on my end. It's really weird because other files sent by other agencies play no problem.
If you could tell me the cost of a CD and getting this record I would appreciate it.

Yours sincerely,

R Lord

I have tested both the link and the WAVE file and both work on my end.
Please let me know if your attorney is able to open either file.  I can
put if on a CD if requested.  The cost for a CD is $5.00.
