This firm serves as General Counsel to North Hudson Regional Fire & Rescue
(“NHRFR”). 

On November 7, 2020, NHRFR received your request for documents pursuant to
the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) and the common law. 

You requested, as it pertains to the Township of Weehawken,

“1. All fire code citations for NJ Uniform Fire Code violations for
Section 307.1.1, Section 307.4.2, Section 302.1, Section 308.3.1 for the
period of 9/1/2019 until 10/25/2020

2. All fire code citations written for any recreational fire violations
for the period of 9/1/2019 until 10/25/2020.”

NHRFR has no records responsive to these requests.

You also requested:

“3. All dispatch records (CAD) for complaints of smoke or fire and any
resulting citations (if any) for the period of 9/1/2019 until 10/25/2020
Please submit as the records become available if there are delays related
to gaining access to any of the records.”

As with any OPRA request, you have the right to challenge NHRFR’s
decision.  At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a written complaint with the New
