Dear Clark Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

At the town easter egg hunt, containers existing to collect money to help offset costs of the event. Can I please have an accounting of the money collected and also proof of it being deposited into the Township budget.

Also any resolutions of the town council accepting this money and applying it to the budget.

The Township of Clark received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request
on March 25, 2024. The official Records Custodian, Edith Merkel, received
your OPRA request on March 25, 2024. As such, the seven (7) business day
