I am preparing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the address/lot/block referenced above; I request all records pertaining to the Site back to the time the site was first developed or 1932, whichever is earlier: Hazardous materials and petroleum products; spills, releases and discharges; violations; above and underground storage tanks; compliance, permits, and enforcement actions; previous reports and sampling data; current and former land use and ownership history; site plans and drawings; fill material and waste disposal; drains, sumps, dumpsters, and disposal systems including septic systems; transformers, production and monitoring wells, radioactive materials; water quality, and air quality.

If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
