Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I request copies of all records relating to the traffic stop conducted by Officer Christian Santamaria, Badge/ID #177, on August 22, 2026, at approximately 2:24 p.m., at or near 342 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, New Jersey 07010.

This request specifically includes, but is not limited to:

All body-worn camera (“BWC”) recordings depicting or relating to the traffic stop, including associated audio and any reasonably available metadata.

All dash-camera, in-car camera, or other vehicle-mounted video/audio recordings depicting or relating to the traffic stop, including associated audio and any reasonably available metadata.

Any police radio, dispatch, or other audio recordings relating to the traffic stop.

The motor-vehicle stop report, incident report, investigation report, summons/citation records, and any other reports generated in connection with the traffic stop.

Any CAD records, dispatch records, call-for-service records, event logs, or similar records relating to the traffic stop.

Any notes, narratives, supplemental reports, or other written records created in connection with the traffic stop.

Any photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media relating to the traffic stop.

Any records identifying the reason for the stop and/or the disposition of the stop, to the extent such information is contained in an existing government record.

Any other government records maintained or possessed by the Borough, Police Department, or its agents concerning this specific traffic stop.
