Dear brenda shepherd,
I do not see a current Certificate of Occupancy in the documents that you sent. This residence was sold in June 2023 and I’m looking for the current certificate of occupancy.

Good Morning:
The Borough of Frenchtown does not require a continued certificate of
occupancy.
There is one open construction permit which I have attached which does not
have a certificate of approval yet. Once that permit is closed a
certificate of approval should be issued.
