Dear Union Beach Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Any and all Police reports/CAD reports/incident reports/documentation of request of services from neighboring agencies, pertaining to the "pop-up event" that took place on 6/18/2022 that has been reported by numerous news outlets. Also, copies of any and all summonses issued related to the "pop-up event", as reported by numerous news outlets.
