Dear Records Custodian,

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I request copies of all government records maintained by the Township for the period September 2, 2024, through the date this request is fulfilled relating to the recording or filing of Planning Board or Zoning Board approvals with the Monmouth County Clerk.

This request includes, but is not limited to:

* All recorded resolutions, notices, deeds, plats, maps, memorializing resolutions, or other land use documents submitted to the Monmouth County Clerk.

* All recording receipts, recording confirmations, instrument numbers, book and page references, filing acknowledgments, or other documentation evidencing that a land use approval was recorded.

* Any logs, registers, spreadsheets, databases, or tracking records identifying Planning Board or Zoning Board approvals that were recorded or filed with the Monmouth County Clerk.

* Any correspondence between Township officials, professionals, applicants, or the Monmouth County Clerk regarding the recording, filing, or confirmation of any Planning Board or Zoning Board approval.

* Any records identifying approvals that were returned, rejected, pending, or otherwise not recorded by the Monmouth County Clerk.

* Any policies, procedures, or directives in effect during the requested time period governing the recording or filing of Planning Board or Zoning Board approvals with the Monmouth County Clerk.

Please include records maintained by the Borough Clerk, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Zoning Officer, Construction Department, Borough Engineer, Borough Planner, Township Attorney, and any other office or official maintaining responsive records.

Please provide all responsive records electronically. If any portion of this request is denied, please identify each withheld record and cite the specific statutory basis for the denial as required by OPRA.
