Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I respectfully request copies of the following existing government records pertaining to the current Mayor of Englishtown Daniel Francisco aka Dan Francisco.

1. Any résumé, curriculum vitae, biography, or statement of qualifications maintained by the municipality.

2. Records reflecting the Mayor’s education, professional experience, certifications, licenses, or training maintained by the municipality.

3. Records relating to municipal-funded training, conferences, certifications, or professional development attended by the Mayor, including associated registrations, invoices, reimbursements, vouchers, and other related expenses.

4. Any documents provided to or maintained by the municipality regarding the Mayor’s duties, responsibilities, ethics requirements, or qualifications for office.

This request is for existing government records only and does not require the creation of a new record.

If any responsive records are withheld, please identify the records withheld and the statutory basis for the denial. If no responsive records exist for any category, please indicate that no records are maintained.
