* Records maintained by the Township demonstrating the Municipal Clerk’s qualifications for appointment, including certifications, licenses, Registered Municipal Clerk (RMC) certification, and other qualification records.

* The resolution or other official action appointing the current Municipal Clerk.

* The official job description and minimum qualifications for the position in effect at the time of appointment.

* The Municipal Clerk’s oath of office.
