Dear Ocean County Sheriff's Department,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
I am requesting access to and copies of all records pertaining to the property located at 1020 Farmingdale Road, Jackson, New Jersey (Block 20701, Lot 14).
Specifically, I request:
1. All Sheriff’s Sale files, auction records, and bid sheets related to the property.
2. All Sheriff’s Deeds, writs of execution, foreclosure notices, or sale confirmations connected to the address.
3. Any correspondence, internal memoranda, or documentation relating to the handling, transfer, or disposition of the property.
4. Any records identifying the buyer, sale price, and date of transfer resulting from a sheriff’s sale.
5. Any records reflecting postponement, adjournment, or cancellation of a scheduled sheriff’s sale involving the property.
6. Any other documents, reports, or communications generated by or held within the Sheriff’s Office relating to 1020 Farmingdale Road, Block 20701, Lot 14, including sale scheduling records, advertisements, and notices.
