Good Morning,
I have been out of the office on a family emergency since 8/13/2024. Please see the attached per your request.
Attached are payments made to Penn Jersey Services. Attached are payments made to Royal T's , No payments to PJM Services or Parkview
The Borough of Collingswood does not have an agreement with any of these vendors. We have a financial agreement with Parkview. It is attached.
Our finance office staff is part time. The request for invoices will put a strain on the day to day operations of that office. A special service charge of will be required. I estimate that it will take 1.5 hours at an hourly rate of $18.54 per hour to retrieve, copy and re-file the records. Please advice if you would like us to move forward. A deposit of $10.00 will be required.

Thank you for the response. In clarification, my request was for Royal Printing Service of West New York, NJ, not Royal T's.
In an effort to limit the required staff time to return these records, the scope can be limited to contracts and invoices with Royal Printing Service of West New York, NJ within the last two years.
Because no redactions should need to be performed for these records, and because these records are both recent and required to be available for immediate access, I do not believe that there is an extraordinary expenditure of time and effort needed to warrant a special service charge.
