Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Please provide any board meeting minutes, resolutions, or documents that indicate when and why the secondary supervisor position at Collingswood Middle School and High School was removed.

Provide any communication, including emails, memos, or correspondence between board members, the administration, or staff regarding the removal of this position.

Please include any board email communications related to the removal of the position.

Any superintendent’s emails or communications regarding this change.

2.Current supervisors for Special Education:

Please provide the name(s) and title(s) of the current supervisor(s) for Special Education at both Collingswood Middle School and Collingswood High School.

If applicable, provide any relevant documents that outline their responsibilities or role descriptions.

Include any emails or communication between the superintendent, current special education supervisors, or board members related to the special education programs at these schools.

3.Supervisor for Teacher, Parent, and Guidance Matters:

Please provide the name(s) and title(s) of the current supervisor(s) responsible for handling teacher, parent, and guidance-related matters at Collingswood Middle School and Collingswood High School.

If applicable, provide any documents that describe their role and responsibilities.

Include any emails or communication between the superintendent, the supervisor(s), and any other staff or board members regarding the management of teacher, parent, and guidance matters at these schools for 2022-current.
