4) any discussion/communication amongst council, planning, and zoning board members about proposals or desired development, and
5) any discussion/communication about RFP process and/or timeline

I am writing to request an internal review of Medford Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Records Related to Redevelopment of 19 South St (Main Steet Friends Meeting House)'.
Despite being told in a council meeting that no development of this property has been planned and nobody has been shown the property, this request has not been completed after 10 business days. Please advise why this request has not been fulfilled at this time. I would also like to know what communications, if any, have occurred between and within the council and/or the township offices related to this request. Do I need to submit a separate request for all records and communications related to the fulfillment of this request or can you provide those in response to this request for internal review?

The attached doc outlines my request and lists the items of response (Executive Session minutes, 5/2 email) but does not actually give me access to those docs.
