5. written (including email) communications between members of governing body of Spotswood and the members of the governing body of Helmetta between Sept 2017 and May 1, 2018 pertaining to police shared services.
6. written (including email) communications between Spotswood business administrator and/or attorneys to or from Helmetta's business administrator or attorney or members of the governing body of Helmetta between Sept 2017 and May 1, 2018 pertaining to police shared services.
7. Spotswood's salary ordinance from 2018-2020.
