Unfortunately this is the first time that I am seeing this request.
There was a period where our email was down, in October. This may be why it was not received and I am not sure if you would have received notification from the "Opramachine" app if a failure notice was generated.
I am in receipt of the request at this time and will process.
For clarification, I would like to ascertain that there are not other requests that I did not receive during that period. Two prior requests have been completed, and i provided a response to another request related to former Chief Randall Freiling, which I am awaiting response from you to proceed.
Please advise at your earliest convenience.

As a follow up, I just checked the Clementon Borough Official Facebook to determine when our email was down. I posted on October 7th that our email and website were down. This date coincides with the date of the original request, providing an explanation of why it was not received.

Mr. Botcheos has been performing legal counsel duties for Clementon Borough since 1978, though a record was not able to be found to provide this information.
