3. Phone call audio related to health violations issued to 403 Burlington Ave, Delanco, from 1st Jan 2002 through 1st February 2007;
4. Documents illustrating animal control activity at 403 Burlington Ave, Delanco, from 1st Jan 2002 through 1st February 2007;
5. Phone call audio related to animal control activity at 403 Burlington Ave, Delanco, from 1st Jan 2002 through 1st February 2007;
5. Videos related to animal control activity at 403 Burlington Ave, Delanco, from 1st Jan 2002 through 1st February 2007;
6. All departmental transcripts regarding health dept. hearings pertaining to 403 Burlington Ave, Delanco during year 2002;
7. All departmental audio/video regarding health dept. hearings pertaining to 403 Burlington Ave, Delanco during year 2002;
