Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

Records requested:

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I am requesting access to and copies of the following public records:
1. All permits (approved, denied, or pending) associated with the commercial renovation project located at 171 Therese Ave in Keyport Borough, NJ.
2. All inspection reports or inspection requests related to this project, including demolition, fire, electrical, plumbing, gas piping, structural, or final inspections.
3. A copy of the Stop Work Order issued by the Construction Department, including the date it was issued and any correspondence related to its enforcement.
4. Any submitted drawings, plans, or engineering documents related to this project, even if submitted after the completion of work. Please include as-built drawings.
5. Records of any complaints, code enforcement actions, or investigations related to this property, specifically concerning unlicensed contractors, unpermitted work, or failure to obtain inspections. Copies or receipts of fines levied for working without permits and violating stop work order.
6. Correspondence between the property owner (or their representative) and the Keyport Construction Department or other municipal agencies regarding this project.
Please provide these documents in electronic format (PDF preferred) via email, if available. If any portion of this request is unclear or overly broad, I am willing to work with your office to clarify or narrow it.
If any records are withheld, please provide the legal basis for the denial, including specific statutory references.
