Records Pertaining to Telecommunications Infrastructure Within the Vicinity of a Specific Address
Dear Dennis Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
I am requesting copies of the following government records pertaining to telecommunications infrastructure at or within 1 mile of 2545 Route 9, Ocean View, NJ 08230, including:
1. All applications, permits, and approvals (zoning, building, construction, or land use) related to the installation, modification, or maintenance of any
wireless communications facility, cell tower, monopole, antenna array, small cell, or related telecommunications equipment at this address;
2. All Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment resolutions, minutes, hearing notices, and decisions referencing this property;
3. Any site plans, engineering drawings, structural analyses, or radio frequency (RF) emissions/compliance reports submitted in connection with any
telecommunications facility at this address; AND
4. Any correspondence (letters, emails, memoranda) between Township officials/staff and any wireless carrier, tower company, contractor, or the New
Jersey Board of Public Utilities regarding telecommunications infrastructure at this address.
