Dear Vineland City,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

1. Arrest reports, or police reports involving me, Alexandria Holley DOB 5/4/1976
2. the stated reason(s) for any arrest or law enforcement action.
3. Any citations fines, or fees issued in my name.
4. Records of court disposition, payment, or judgement related to the arrest or citations.
5. Any supplemental reports or notes associated with the above.

Documents have been released for record request #25-779 along with the following
message:
The compilation of records is complete in response to your recently filed OPRA
request in the Vineland City Clerk's Office. Applicable documents have been
uploaded and sent successfully per your request. Two police reports are being
denied under OPRA and Common Law. These reports are related to Domestic Violence
and are exempt from disclosure under the Domestic Violence Act (N.J.S.A. 2C:25-33).
It has been decided that your need for disclosure of these reports does not
outweigh the City’s interest in keeping the reports from disclosure under Common
Law. A Vaughn Index has been provided listing the denied records and legal
reasoning for their denial. Please contact the Vineland Police Department Records
Unit at 856-691-4111, option #2 and inquire what is needed from you in order to
receive the reports.
Your requests for, “Any citations fines, or fees issued in my name,” and “Records
of court disposition, payment, or judgement related to the arrest or citations,”
will need to be sent to the Municipal Court. The City Clerk does not keep records
of court documents, nor are we authorized to process OPRA requests for New Jersey
