Records pertaining to a pedestrian stop
Dear West Deptford Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All records pertaining to the pedestrian stop of Joseph Kyser on September 19th around 2:30 am in River Winds community on Riverwinds Dr. by Officer Vergara.
This would include but not limited to a copy of the summons given (front and back including notes written on the back and/or attached to the original summons). Officer Vergara's bodycam footage as well as the other officer that showed up on the scene and was not identified. Any written or digital reports and all radio traffic regarding the stop and ID.
