Dear Mr. McIntyre:

On behalf of Custodian of Records Sandy Patterson, please find below the
district's response to your OPRA request.

We are in receipt of your Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request dated
June 28, 2026. Your request is granted in part and denied in part. Please
see the attached responsive records.

The sports survey and results maintained by the Custodian are public
records and will be produced. I have attached to this email a PDF of the
survey questions, and a PDF of the survey data received.

To the extent this request seeks copies of the individual survey replies
submitted by families, those records are denied. The individual survey
replies constitute advisory, consultative, and/or deliberative material
that is pre-decisional, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1(2); personnel records within
the meaning of N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10, see McGee v. Twp. of E. Amwell, 416 N.J.
Super. 602, 615 (App. Div. 2010); and contain personally identifiable
information of students under the age of eighteen, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1(23).
Moreover, disclosure of these private survey responses would violate the
District's obligation to safeguard the responding citizen's reasonable
expectation of privacy. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.

On behalf of Custodian of Records Sandy Patterson,

Sincerely,

Allison Erwin
