Dear Jessica Larney,

Please review your denial before I have my lawyer contact you. All other towns in Ocean County have released this information to me through OPRA. Please go back and confirm this is the route you and your town wish to go. I will be following up with the state with an appeal and it will cost you and your town more money in tax dollars to defend your incorrect stance. Please reconsider before my lawyer reaches out to you. Thanks in advance!

Yours sincerely,

Dave Lansing

I will forward to our attorney for review.

Sincerely,
