Records of Overdose Calls Within the Borough: 04/22/18-05/05/18
Dear Beachwood Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I would like the police reports, EMS reports, dispatch narratives, and Spillman data (whichever is applicable) for ALL calls requesting service, for an overdose or possible overdose in the Borough of Beachwood from 04/22/2018 @ 00:00:01 through 05/05/2018 @ 23:59:59. Names and exact addresses may be redacted if required. Please include ALL calls that police and/or first aid were called to and respond to whether residences or businesses. Thank you in advance. 911 or dispatch audio is NOT required.

Attached is the Police Dept. calls per request of your below OPRA. Please take note the Berkeley Twp Police responded to a call on 4-22-18 for Berkeley Twp as indicated in the Beachwood EMS call reports. Beachwood PD responded to calls on 4-23-18 and 5-2-18 within the Beachwood jurisdiction.
