Dear South Toms River Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am asking for a report or police reports for all overdose calls or potential overdoses that South Toms River PD and/or EMS responded to during July 2018. I understand that victim names and residential addresses will be redacted. Use 07/01/2018 through 07/31/2018.

Dear Anonymous,
We are in receipt of your OPRA Request as of August 13, 2018. We will
provide you with the available requested records by Tuesday August 21.
Should they be made available earlier, we will attempt to provide them as
such. Additionally, because the First Aid Squad is a private, volunteer
entity, you will have to request files separately, and from them
