My office is in receipt of your request for records pursuant to the Open
Public Records Act (NJSA 27:1A-1), dated July 6^th, 2018.  The request was
received by my office on July 9^th, 2018.  As such, the seven (7) business
day deadline to respond to your request is July 18^th, 2018.  This
response is being provided on July 10^th, 2018.

 

The following specific record has been requested:

 

1.       I am asking for a report or police reports for all overdose calls
or potential overdoses that Hazlet Township PD and/or EMS responded to
during June 2018. I understand that victim names and residential addresses
will be redacted. Use 06/01/2018 through 06/30/2018.
