1) Application for registration as a charity by an organization currently known as Matthew 634. Federal EIN is 26-4469899. Phone (267) 471-9591. Address: PO Box 353 Haddon Township, NJ 08108.
2) Financial records of donations and expenses 2018-present.
3) List of members and board of directors 2018-present.
4) Any closed investigation into the charity, if applicable.
5) As to any open iinvestigator for this entity, please provide only records showing the date the investigation was opened and the assigned inveatigator.
6) Any records explaining why DCA allowed this entity to operate in the State unregistered for over 5 years.

The public has a right to this information so it can be protected from fraudsters potentially manipulating charitable intent for personal gain. The public has a right to inspect the financials of any charity operating in the State. Same outweighs any government need for secrecy.

Please be advised that pursuant to regulation, N.J.A.C. 13:1E-2, and long-standing L&PS policy and practice, submission of OPRA requests by e-mail is not permitted. N.J.A.C. 13:1E-2.4(a) states: "Written Open Public Records Act (OPRA) requests shall be hand-delivered during normal business hours of the public agency, mailed or submitted electronically to the appropriate division or agency custodian of records over the Internet by means of a web-enabled OPRA request form, which can be found on the Department of Law and Public Safety OPRA website, www.state.nj.us/lps/opra . Submission of requests by e-mail or facsimile transmission is not permitted." For these reasons, I am not able to accept your email below as a valid request for access to government records.
