Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am requesting copies of any and all septic system applications, engineered plot plans, perc/soil test results, building permits, and zoning certifications submitted or approved for Block 2502, Lot 11. Specifically, I require the application pages detailing the 'Daily Design Volume' flow calculations and the blueprint schematics identifying the type and footprint of the structure the system was designed to serve.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
