I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

The Final Decision, signed by John Alexy stated the following:

At the October 6, 2025, public meeting, the Government Records Council (“Council”)
considered the September 29, 2025, Findings and Recommendations of the Executive Director and all related documentation submitted by the parties. The Council voted unanimously to adopt the entirety of said findings and recommendations.

3. Above it says that the Council “considered…all related documentation submitted by the parties.” Please itemize what related documentation and what each member of the Council considered before unanimously adopting the recommendations of the Executive Director.

4. A transcript or recording of the Council’s meeting on 6 OCT 2025 related to Complaint #2023-303.
