1. Call for Service Report – Any records, including call logs, dispatch records, or incident reports, related to a call for service at the residence of Marc Parsi 2 Castle Court Howell NJ regarding a domestic violence, assault or any other Call of Service incident involving his daughter.
2. Police Report(s) – Any initial police reports, arrest reports, or summons issued by the Howell Township Police Department in connection with this incident.
3. Arrest or Summons Records – Documentation of any arrest, charge, or summons issued as a result of this call for service, including date, time, and reason for the action.

If any portion of this request is denied or redacted, please provide a detailed explanation citing the specific legal exemption under OPRA. Additionally, if these records are maintained electronically, I request that they be provided in a digital format.
