To the Middle Township Clerk / OPRA Custodian:

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am requesting electronic copies of the exhibits and presentation materials shown during the Middle Township Zoning Board hearing held on May 14, 2026 regarding the GIAC NGO Monastery application for 294 Indian Trail Road (Block 167.01, Lots 84 and 91).

Specifically, I am requesting:

1. Any architectural renderings, site renderings, aerial presentation boards, or visual exhibits displayed during the hearing
2. Any PowerPoint or digital presentation files used during testimony
3. Any exhibits marked or introduced into the record during the hearing
4. Any audio and/or video recording of the May 14, 2026 hearing

I am not requesting the complete application file at this time.

Please provide the records electronically by email or downloadable link if available.
