1. Please be advised that on 9/20/18, at approximately 21:30 hours, that our insured driver, Derrick Dozier, made a 911 emergency telephone call to report an accident that involved our insured's tractor trailer, 2015 Freightliner and a 2013 Infinity. The location of the accident was on Westside Avenue, northbound, approximately 1500 feet north of the intersection of 43rd Street, North Bergen, N.J.

We would like to come the North Bergen police department to obtain this information as soon as possible.
