to the above address.
I have reviewed the construction files and there are outstanding permits
shown for this property.
A list of all permits issued is attached for your review.
Open permit # 2014-0501 roof (scheduled for 9/12/23)
To schedule inspections please call the Construction Department at
732-446-8320/8319.
The physical file, prior to computers, contains the following closed
permits as well:
1965 new
1979 electric (switch/light/receptacle)
In addition, the only survey found in the construction files was part of a
Zoning permit, Z- 2003-1166. Construction does not require surveys. Please
contact Zoning directly at 732-446-8322 or 732-446-8301, with any survey
questions. They are copied on this OPRA response.
NOTE: When printing please be sure to use 100 % of size and proper size
paper to allow for proper scaling. Reduction of size changes scale.

The construction files have no information/documents pertaining to items
3-6.
