This is in response to your OPRA request dated December 14, 2022 and
received by the Chester Township Custodian of Records on December 14,
2022.  This response is being provided on the 5th business day following
receipt of your request.
You requested the following:
"Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation, including all
quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for “Rebid - Reconstruction
of Chubb Park Tennis Courts” that was submitted on 2/27/2020.

Please send all documents electronically."
Please be advised that no bid tabulation was prepared as only one bid was
received.  There were no quantities and unit pricing, as only a single bid
price was requested.
Notwithstanding this, please be advised that the sole bidder for this
project was Classic Turf Company LLC and the bid amount was $261,850.00
