Dear Bergen County Board of Elections,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I would like all the calls and complaints, to the Board of Elections, regarding Frank Valenzuela at the Rochelle Park November 2021 elections. I would also request all the incident reports made after confronting Mr. Valenzuela, and was he instructed to leave the voting facility.
