Dear New Jersey Department of the Treasury,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Monthly payments were made from the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach to NJ Employer Health Benefit Fund and NJ Dependent Health Benefit Fund beginning April 15, 1975 and ending approx Sept, 1979. These payments ranged from $15.00-$57.00 for Employer and $20.00-$72.00 for Dependent. These payments referenced "Retiree Benefits". Were these Hospital Premiums for Retirees and their Dependents? Or were they payments for Retiree's Medicare reimbursements?
