Buildings Dept.: Copies of any and all opened, closed and pending building permits;
Tax Collector: Copy of full year tax bill as well as any balances paid/owing;
Tax Assessor: Confirmation of number of units and/or bedrooms the property is assesed for;
Zoning Office: Information as to property's zone designation/zoning compliance therewith;
Health Dept.: Any information regarding oil tank and/or septic removal or closures; any information regarding well capping/closures; and any "off site conditions" affecting the property.
