Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Swedesboro Borough should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Swedesboro Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

I need a list(EXCEL FORMAT) of all homeowners who have delinquent property tax. I need this list to have owners who owe taxes 2+ years and over $5k in delinquent property taxes. This list should have homeowners listed before a tax lien sale or on their way to a sale lien sale.
I need the homeowner's name, address, property address if different from the home address; the amount of taxes owed. I need this list to be in excel format.
