RE: Tax Delinquent List

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I need a list(EXCEL FORMAT) of all homeowners who have delinquent property tax. I need this list to have owners who owe taxes 2+ years and over $5k in delinquent property taxes. This list should have homeowners listed before a tax lien sale or on their way to a sale lien sale.
I need the homeowner's name, address, property address if different from the home address; the amount of taxes owed. I need this list to be in excel format.

I am in receipt of your OPRA request for tax information and I will
forward that to our tax collector for fulfillment.
I wanted to make you aware, if you aren’t already, that Voorhees Township
utilizes the JustFOIA portal for processing of OPRA requests. I know you
are not required to utilize this portal, but I wanted to just let you know
that it is something that we use to fill 99% of the requests we receive.
If you were unaware of the portal and wish to utilize it for future
requests, please use this link

It is not necessary for you to resubmit your most recent request as I have
already passed that along for processing.
