Ma'am, it seems that you apparently may have multiple, clear motives for having not yet sufficiently responded to a previous OPRA request - "Request for Bodycam, Dashcam, and Cell Footage, and Personnel Contracts and Employment Agreements" - in a timely manner.

Metaphorically speaking, "the restaurant" stops serving at 9pm, Table 30 has been seated for *four* hours already, and despite ordering a full lunch, no person at the table has yet received their appetizers or drinks. I understand that you *may*, metaphorically, currently be preparing items within "B" of the original request, but if you do not immediately dedicate time to "A," "A" likely may not get to Table 30 in time. You should be well aware of this. It's how appetizers work, as we both know. I'd like for Table 30 to receive their drinks and appetizers asap rather than not receiving their appetizers or drinks at all and being told at 9:30pm that the restaurant doesn't have all of the ingredients for their lunch entrées.

Consequently, I'll say again that I would like "A" -

"A) The arrest record and all available body camera, dashcam, and cell footage from the apprehension, detention, and transportation of Patrick B. Kelly on October 17th, 2019."

- while also noting that I still *do* want "B," the "main courses" from the lunch menu.
