Please see below in response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request regarding various documents.

1)All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2)

The Borough of Fort Lee does not require the completion of a registration
form for vacant properties, therefore there are no documents responsive to
your request for “All vacant abandoned properties.”

2) All condemned properties

          The Borough of Fort Lee does not maintain a listing of condemned
properties. We can certainly fulfill your request providing that specific
addresses are given.

3) All residential properties with delinquent taxes

Please see documents attached- 52 pages

4) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been
filed or that are currently in probate

The Borough of Fort Lee does not maintain a listing of properties issued
Liz Pendens Notices.

5) All properties that are absentee-owned

The Borough of Fort Lee does not maintain a listing of absentee-owned
properties. We can certainly fulfill your request providing that specific
addresses are given.

6) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1
year, including amounts owed

Please be advised water is billed separately through Suez Water Company.

The Tax Collector has advised that sewer is included in property taxes,
they are not billed separately. Therefore, there are no documents
responsive to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request regarding
“Delinquent sewer payments

7) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice

Please see response to No. 6.

8) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation

Your request as submitted is too broad, therefore we are unable to provide
you with the information requested.

9) All properties with notices of abatement

Your request as submitted is too broad, therefore we are unable to provide
you with the information requested.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Fort Lee to deny access.
At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior
Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records
Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.  You may
contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at P.O.
Box 819, Trenton, NJ, 08625, by e-mail at [email address], or at their
web site at www.state.nj.us/grc. The GRC can also answer other questions
about the law.  All questions regarding complaints filed in Superior Court
should be directed to the Court Clerk in your County.

Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
Courts online website.  Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at
201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
