Dear Lindenwold Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
All CAD reports, call logs, and incident notes related to my visits or attempts to file complaints on or about May 15, 2024, and subsequent dates.
All body-worn camera footage from officers and supervisors who interacted with me during those visits.Any internal notes, memos, or reports documenting my attempts to file a harassment complaint, false report complaint, or cross-complaint.Names, badge numbers, and ranks of all officers, supervisors, and clerical staff who interacted with me regarding these matters.Any policies, instructions, or internal guidance referenced in denying or refusing my complaint.
Any records showing communication between Lindenwold Police Department and Woodbury Police Department regarding my attempts to file a complaint.Please provide all responsive records in electronic format if available.

There are no responsive records for BWC - Please be advised that the
requested footage is no longer available. In accordance with our agency’s
standard operating procedures and applicable records retention policies,
the footage was retained for the designated period and subsequently purged

To: Records Custodian, Lindenwold Police Department
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I request copies of the following government records:
1. Any and all CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) logs, dispatch records, call-for-service records, officer activity logs, station visit logs, and related records documenting my visits to the Lindenwold Police Department between May 15, 2024 and July 31, 2024 regarding:
- My attempt to report harassment;
- My attempt to report an allegedly false police report made against me; and/or
- Requests for police assistance related to these matters.
2. Any incident reports, supplementary reports, investigation reports, complaint reports, information reports, officer notes, memoranda, or records generated in connection with my complaints or attempted complaints during the same period.
3. Any records reflecting that I requested to file a complaint, report, statement, or criminal complaint concerning an allegedly false report made against me, including records showing whether the complaint was accepted, declined, referred elsewhere, or otherwise not processed.
4. Any records showing that I was referred to another law enforcement agency, including but not limited to the Woodbury Police Department, concerning my complaint.
5. Any records identifying the officers, supervisors, sergeants, or other personnel who spoke with me regarding these matters during the above date range.
6. Any body-worn camera retention records, evidence logs, or records indicating whether body-worn camera footage exists or existed relating to my visits during the above period.
7. Any Internal Affairs complaint intake records, citizen complaint forms, complaint tracking records, or records reflecting my attempts to file a complaint concerning officer conduct related to these incidents.
If any responsive records are withheld, please provide the specific legal basis for each denial and identify the record being withheld.
