Pertaining to this grant, please provide the following:
1. All applications and supporting documentation submitted 

2. Applicant’s required list of all restaurants they wish to purchase meals from with Sustain and Serve NJ funding. 

3. Form completed by listed restaurants used to verify eligibility

4. SSNJ Restaurant Interest Forms 

5. All Grantees dated receipts and invoices submitted for reimbursement

6. Expenses incurred/reimbursed from date of grant execution through present.
7. NJEDA Award letters, accounting ledgers and copies of checks issued to recipient/grantees

Time period 2020 to present.
