1. TurnKey Solutions Bid submission;
2. Any and all communications from TurnKey Solutions concerning the Bid.
3. A copy of the report evaluating and recommending award of the contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.5. and all back up documentation concerning the evaluation as set forth in VI of the Bid (Page 11). This specifically includes the evaluation of all Bids submitted.
4. A copy of the executed statements as required under N.J.A.C. 5:34-4.3(g) certifying that the person or persons evaluating the bids do not have a conflict of interest.
5. A copy of the resolution authorizing the use of competitive contracting for the bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.3(a).
