Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide:
1) copy of the current contract with Rainone Coughlin Minchello LLC for services to your government, including redevelopment agency, library board, rent leveling board, fire district(s), and other authorities within your jurisdiction.
2) copies of bills, invoices or other records sufficient to show the services rendered and total amount(s) billed by Rainone Coughlin Minchello for the year 2019.

This email is to acknowledge receipt of your OPRA request dated and
received via email on 9/11/2020. This response is being provided on the
seventh business day after the receipt of your request.
Please be advised that the Borough of Red Bank does not currently have a
contract with the referenced firm. I have requested copies of all
invoices from 2019 from our Finance Office and am requesting a seven
business day extension to allow them time to complete that review.

Yes. The Redevelopment Agency did use that firb last year but the contact
expired. An RFQ was recently done and the new contracts were actually
awarded last night. As soon as I get a copy of their current contract, I
would be happy to forward you a copy. If you don't hear from me in a week
or so, please email me a reminder. There is no need to submit an OPRA
request.
I have submitted a request to our Finance Department for the 2019
invoices. Once I receive those, the attorney will have to review them for
confidentiality matters. Once that review is complete, I will forward the
invoices to close out your current OPRA request.

Following up on the OPRA Request. The invoices have been received from
the Finance Department and are being reviewed for matters of
confidentiality. I will forward once they are authorized to be released.
