Dear Statewide Insurance Fund,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1) all signed contract(s) for Rainone Coughlin Minchello (RCM) in effect during 2024.
2) all bills/invoices received from the above firm for work done during 2024
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Dear Mr. Kratovil,
I did not receive your original OPRA request and it may have been directed
to spam. Since I have now received your follow up to your request, we
will respond accordingly.
We presume you are seeking the contract that Statewide Insurance Fund has
with Rainone Coughlin and Minchello and not with any individual
municipalities. I am currently out of my office so a copy of the contract
will be sent to you by an associate.
With respect to the invoices, we have to obtain them from a third-party
since they’re not contained in our office. Upon receipt, they need to be
reviewed with respect to any information that could pertain to attorney
client privilege as a pertains to litigation. I anticipate being able to
provide this information to you by June 10 and certainly sooner if
completed. This of course is depending on how many actual invoices there
are to review.

Mr. Kratovil,
I have received copies of the invoices which will require them being sent to the Fund attorney's office for the appropriate redactions. There will be a cost associated with having to do the redactions which we can provide to you. If you are only interested in what we paid to the firm for the 2024 year, I can provide that to you without having to provide the invoices. Please let me know how you want to proceed.
