Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

This is in response to your email dated 5/20/25 to Borough Clerk Lisette
Sanchez attached hereto. Please note that after an extensive search, I
could not locate an April 29 OPRA request – “Rainone Coughlin Minchello
2024 Contract and Invoices.
I want to kindly inform you that per P.L. 2024, c.016, all OPRA requests
must be submitted using our public agency’s form which I’ve attached for
your use.
Once you complete the New OPRA form, please remember to sign and date it
and answer all three questions under penalty of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3 otherwise
your requested will be deemed invalid.

Please see page 9, section f, specifically the sentence that reads: "A completed form adopted by the custodian, a letter, or an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request. "
You have received my request via email, which I sent in place of the completed form. By law, this shall suffice.

Good afternoon Mr. Kratovil,
There is a need for additional time to review the requested records as it
pertains to all bills/invoices received from Rainone Coughlin as
redactions may apply for information contained in the invoices that are
protected under the privilege. This is not a denial of your request. As
such, an extension of June 12, 2025 is needed to properly fulfill this
request.
