Dear Ocean County Sheriff's Department,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Requesting radio communications from the Police and Fire Departments from a motor vehicle accident on Great Bay Blvd, in Tuckerton Borough between the dates of Feb 27th 2015 and Feb 28th,2015. Also included in this request is the radio communications from a member of the Tuckerton Fire Department, who was on scene prior to Police or Fire arriving. This request includes all dispatch, and communications to Ocean County Communications, including the initial notifications of the incident to Ocean County Communications. Thank you for your time.
